Thank you for promoting PressureWashingOS. This agreement covers how the affiliate program works and what we ask of you. By joining, or by continuing to participate after we post an update, you agree to it.
PressureWashingOS is a free CRM for service businesses, with optional paid modules. You share your referral link or code; when a business signs up through it, that business is tied to your account. You earn a share of what they pay us for modules — every month, for as long as they keep paying.
Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate portal. The program default is currently 40%, set by us, and an individual rate may be agreed with you that is higher or lower. If a rate changes — yours or the program default — the change applies to future commissions only. Commissions already recorded keep the rate they were earned at, we log every rate change, and each row on your Earnings page shows the exact rate that row was earned at.
You earn on the monthly subscription price of these modules: Website, My Website, Online Payments, Email Campaigns, Social Auto-Poster, Unlimited Customers, and Extra Seat. That includes modules the business adds long after signup — the referral sticks to the account, not the first purchase. If a referred business is on one of our older all-in-one subscription plans, that plan's monthly payment earns too.
You do not earn on the Texting module, SMS compliance or overage charges, or any one-time fee such as the carrier registration fee. Those cover phone-carrier costs we pass through at cost, so there is no margin to share. The free CRM itself costs the business nothing, so a referral earns nothing until they buy a module.
A commission is recorded when a referred business pays an invoice. It is held for 30 days, then becomes available to pay. If a payment is refunded, the matching commission is reversed in the same proportion — a full refund reverses all of it, a half refund reverses half; commissions we have already paid out to you are not taken back.
Payouts go out monthly by your chosen method — digital payout or mailed check. You must have at least $50 in available commission to be paid in a given month; smaller balances roll over until you cross that line. We collect a W-9 when you apply (legal name and SSN or EIN, stored encrypted) and cannot pay you without it. If we pay you $600 or more in a year we issue a 1099-NEC. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Your link sets a tracking cookie that lasts 90 days — if someone clicks it and signs up within that window, the referral is yours, with the most recent affiliate link clicked winning. A business that types your referral code at signup counts too. Each business can have only one referring affiliate, permanently. Self-referrals do not count: signing up your own business through your own link earns nothing.
Share your link and the marketing materials in your portal. Be honest about what PressureWashingOS does. When you recommend us, disclose that you may earn a commission, as the FTC requires. A simple line such as "I earn a commission if you sign up" is enough.
No spam of any kind, by email, text, or social. No buying ads on the PressureWashingOS brand name or our domains. No misleading claims, fake reviews, or pretending to be us. No self-referrals. Breaking these rules can void unpaid commissions and end your participation.
We may update this agreement from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new version number and effective date, and give you reasonable notice. Continuing to participate after that notice means you accept the update. We may also close the program with reasonable notice. You can leave at any time, and commissions you properly earned before leaving are still paid.
